Welcome to Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Institute, a full service cosmetic and plastic surgery center, founded by Arian Mowlavi, MD, FACS. We have 7 offices throughout beautiful Southern California, as well as a certified state of the art surgical center for your ease and convenience.

Our Outpatient Surgery Center is conveniently located adjacent to our Laguna Beach office and clinic, but separate from a hospital or larger group setting. All procedures, including; facial, body, breast and reconstructive surgery are performed in our outpatient surgery center.

Our certified, custom-designed surgery center provides all the technology of a hospital setting with the assurance of quality control that a dedicated facility can provide. Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Institute is committed to care and only uses Board Certified Anesthesiologists. Our surgery center is an accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center. It features an operating room, two recovery suits, and its own entrance and waiting area. Patient confidentiality is of the utmost importance, and our facility allows for privacy and easy access you won’t find in a traditional hospital or large plastic surgery group setting.

Personal Bio:

Dr. Mowlavi is a family man living in Laguna Beach with his wife and two children. His hobbies consist of tennis, biking, and swimming to keep in shape. He has a passion for music and gives back to his community whenever possible.

Dr. Mowlavi enjoys spending time with friends and family along with his beautiful wife, who supports his practice.
